This carefully curated half-day program offers your dog a morning full of movement, joy, and enrichment — perfect whether you're heading to work or just want your pup to have a wonderful start to the day.

🕘 Drop-Off and Late Arrival Policy

Please drop off your dog between 8:00 am and 9:00 am to help ensure a smooth flow of the day's activities. If you anticipate arriving later than 9:00 am  please notify ahead of time.

• If you arrive earlier than 8:00 am please kindly wait until I open at  8:00 am.

• Dogs arriving after 9:00 am without prior notice may not be able to join that day's session, as late arrivals can disrupt the group's schedule.

🕛 Pick-Up Policy

• Dogs must be picked up promptly by 12:00pm at our location to help keep the day running smoothly.

• If you do not communicate your late arrival or arrive more than 15 minutes past pick-up time, a $15 late fee may apply.

• If late pick-ups happen frequently without communication or effort to be on time, services may be suspended to ensure the best care for all dogs.

• If you do not arrive within 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time and haven't notified me of your delay, I will contact the emergency pickup person listed on your file to ensure your dog's care and safety.

🚗 Optional End-of-Day Home Drop-Of

 Mondays-Fridays 

• I offer a end-of-day home drop-off after 12:00pm within an 8 km radius of our location in Kelowna. 

• Owners are responsible for dropping off their dogs at the beginning of day at 8:00am.

💲 Drop-Off Fee
To help cover gas, time, and vehicle wear, a small travel fee applies for home drop-off:

• Within 5 km: flat $5 fee

• Beyond 5 km: $1 per additional kilometer (distances rounded to the nearest whole km; e.g, 1.4 km rounds down to 1 km, 1.5 km rounds up to 2 km)
  
  

Send me your address and I'll calculate your rate! Please arrange and confirm this service in advance. Prices may change based on fuel costs and demand.

❌ Cancellations

Life happens, and I understand plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so I can offer the spot to another client.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $19 fee (half the session rate).

• No-shows will be charged the full session fee of $38.

• To keep things running smoothly, if last-minute cancellations or no-shows happen regularly, I may need to pause services for your dog.

🐕 Meet & Greet (Mandatory for All New Clients)

All new clients are required to participate in a free Meet & Greet before joining the program. This allows me to:

• Meet your dog in person

• Understand their personality and behavior

• Discuss what to expect from the program

If your dog displays aggression or behaviors that aren't suitable for a social setting, I reserve the right to decline services to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in my care.

Dog walking: Stretching legs and making friends!

At Abby's Fur-Real Dog Walking, we provide adventurous walks where your dog can socialize, explore, and enjoy plenty of exercise. They'll have time to sniff, stretch, and engage with nature, all while staying hydrated with water breaks. We'll even share photos of their fun moments, so you can enjoy the adventure too!

Dog/Pet Vists:

30-minute check-ins are tailored to meet the unique needs of your pets. To ensure your dog or small pet receives the best care, we offer services such as potty breaks, playtime, fresh water, feeding, and cleaning litter boxes or cages, all based on your pet's specific needs. Each visit is customized to keep your pets happy, comfortable, and well cared for while you're away. We can also send you a photo to keep you updated!
