Abby's Fur-Real Dog Walking – Rules & Policies (Summary)
At Abby's Fur-Real Dog Walking, the safety, health, and happiness of your pup are always our top priority. Please review these key policies before booking:
🐾 Meet & Greet – Required for all new dogs to ensure a good fit.
🐾 Vaccinations – Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella must be current. Proof required.
🐾 Spay/Neuter – Dogs over 6 months must be fixed (exceptions made depending on circumstances).
🐾 Health – Dogs must be free of fleas, ticks, worms, or contagious illness.
🐾 Medication – We cannot administer medication. Dogs requiring it need alternate care.
🐾 Behavior – Dogs must be friendly, non-aggressive, and comfortable in group settings.
🐾 Cancellations – 24 hrs notice required. Late cancellations = $19 fee. No-shows = full fee.
🐾 Pickup – Please arrive on time. Late pickups may result in a $15 fee.
🐾 Client Conduct – Respectful communication is expected at all times.
🐾 Accidents/Incidents – While we take every precaution, unexpected events may occur. Pet parents are responsible for related vet costs.
🐾 Photo/Video – We may use photos/videos of dogs for social media unless you opt out in writing.
🐾 Payment – Weekly payments required (E-transfer preferred). Late payments may result in service suspension.
🐾 Insurance – We keep strict records (vaccines, waivers, emergency contacts) to ensure safety and compliance.
